Exploring Murchison House Station, Western Australia

This was the first time we were visiting Murchison House Station. We heard and read a lot of comments and shared other people's experiences and tell you what, they are right on the money, this place is an oasis for 4x4 driving and outback camping experience. More about this precious place can be found here http://www.murchisonhousestation.com.au/

We also recently bought a camper trailer for which this was a maiden voyage and test for all mods done.

All packed up a day earlier

Upon arrival at Murchison House Station we were greeted by a tank right at the entrance

After checking in and getting instructions how to travel through this large property, we hit the north track. By heading upstream on the river we were allowed to camp anywhere we like and as close to rive as we wanted.
It took us few hours driving through tracks with a mix of soft sand patches, rock outcrops and few steep drops until we arrived at a spot we thought was just a perfect for camping

Once camp was set up we were onto usual activities like fishing...

...photography...

...and more fishing

On the way back we stopped at bluffs south of Kalbarri to snap few photos

This is a 8 mins video of 4x4 driving through the station
